It's pretty awesome.  We pretty much live by the basic rules in that book.  In fact, I can tell you that grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, whole grain whole wheat wraps (try flat out bread (brand name)), some cheese and your choice of a little bit of condiment (like ranch)...and maybe some turkey bacon is AWESOME and incredibly good for you.  Just sayin'.  Oh and by the way...geocaching IS tons of fun, I swear!  We just happened upon two caches that weren't sooo great (where they were placed)...but we found a really awesome one and are going back tomorrow night to show hubs' parents.
