I just don't like processed food, TV Dinners, frozen packet stuff, junk and fast food. If it's good food, freshly prepared, there's little I don't eat.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I was looking at stuff recently like packets of flavored rice, and canned soups. One serving of many of these products is over half your recommended sodium intake for the day.
